David Lorenze earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Tech University in 2006. Later that year he became a member of the Petroplus team, specializing in both the industrial and multi-family real estate sectors in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He continues to complete deals in office, retail, and land sectors, representing both Buyers/Lessees and Sellers/Lessors. David is also a partner in Hokie Investments LLC and Hokie Investments II LLC. David’s experience in managing these real estate investment companies supports his understanding of successful processes to achieve real estate goals.
