Harley Carroll specializes in identifying, developing and implementing real estate strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of local, regional and national retail clients. Full service solutions range from the early phases of strategic planning, market analysis and site selection to deal negotiation and site acquisition; culminating with store planning and design services as well as construction/project management. Harley has completed in excess of 400 real estate transactions in approximately 28 of the 50 United States. Most recently, Harley has completed the task of identifying and securing eighty-five (85) retail real estate locations in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions on behalf of a family apparel client; strategically expanding into key retail markets. Harley is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and currently a member of Carnegie Mellon Athletics Alumni, International Council of Shopping Centers and The Real Estate Networking Group.
